Toblerone Cheesecake

Toblerone Cheesecake

This recipe is courtesy of Glenisk customer Grainne Halligan. She says, "This is a very quick and easy recipe with no baking involved, which will be loved by all." We love it already! Mmmm...

Ingredients:

150g Digestive biscuit crumbs
50g Butter
300g Philadelphia cream cheese
75g melted Toblerone bar
25g shaved Toblerone bar 
and three triangles of Toblerone to decorate
 

Method:

  1. Combine the biscuit crumbs and melted butter and press into a lightly greased 22cm baking tin. Chill.
  2. Lightly beat the Philadelphia cream cheese and fold in the lightly whipped Glenisk Organic Fresh Cream and melted Toblerone. Mix well.
  3. Pour into prepared crumb base and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  4. Top with Toblerone shavings and place 3 triangles of Toblerone in the middle. Serve and enjoy!
