Toblerone Cheesecake

This recipe is courtesy of Glenisk customer Grainne Halligan. She says, "This is a very quick and easy recipe with no baking involved, which will be loved by all." We love it already! Mmmm...
Ingredients:
150g Digestive biscuit crumbs
50g Butter
300g Philadelphia cream cheese
75g melted Toblerone bar
25g shaved Toblerone bar
and three triangles of Toblerone to decorate
Method:
- Combine the biscuit crumbs and melted butter and press into a lightly greased 22cm baking tin. Chill.
- Lightly beat the Philadelphia cream cheese and fold in the lightly whipped Glenisk Organic Fresh Cream and melted Toblerone. Mix well.
- Pour into prepared crumb base and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Top with Toblerone shavings and place 3 triangles of Toblerone in the middle. Serve and enjoy!
