1 teaspoon grated orange zest
2 tablespoons brown sugar, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Stir the yogurt, orange zest, brown sugar and vanilla together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Pour the sauce over sliced fruit and serve. This sauce can be used with fresh fruit or as a tasty topping for waffles and pancakes.
