
Ingredients6 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and quartered
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 green pepper, cored, seeded and diced
1 cup Glenisk Natural yogurt
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
Blend the avocados, lemon juice, garlic, onion, pepper, yogurt, chili powder and salt in a blender or food processor to desired consistency. Cover and chill before serving.
Serve as a salad on lettuce leaves, as a dip with tortillas or as a garnish on chili.
