Goat's Ice Cream

Goat's Ice Cream

 Ingredients

  • Goat's Yogurt Frozen

Preparation

This recipe couldn't be easier and came from one of our customers, Fiona Deasy, whose son is lactose intolerant. She was searching for an alternative ice cream and tried freezing Glenisk Goat's Yogurt. Goat's Milk is more stable than cow's milk and therefore freezes better.

Directions:

Peel back the lid of the Glenisk Goat's Yogurt.

Insert a lollipop stick and place in the freezer.

Best served about twenty minutes after it comes out of the freezer.

Serves:

1 pot per person
