Guacamole

 Ingredients

  • 6 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and quartered
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, cored, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup Glenisk Natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

  1. Blend the avocados, lemon juice, garlic, onion, pepper, yogurt, chili powder and salt in a blender or food processor to desired consistency. Cover and chill before serving.
  2. Serve as a salad on lettuce leaves, as a dip with tortillas or as a garnish on chili.
