Guacamole
Ingredients
- 6 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and quartered
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 green pepper, cored, seeded and diced
- 1 cup Glenisk Natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
Preparation
- Blend the avocados, lemon juice, garlic, onion, pepper, yogurt, chili powder and salt in a blender or food processor to desired consistency. Cover and chill before serving.
- Serve as a salad on lettuce leaves, as a dip with tortillas or as a garnish on chili.
