1 cup Glenisk Natural yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon honey

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 large cabbage, shredded

1 large carrot, peeled and shredded

Raisins to taste (optional)

Preparation

In a blender, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, vinegar and basil until well-combined. Stir the dressing into the shredded cabbage and carrot.

Mix in raisins, if using. Here is a tasty and unusual coleslaw that is very easy to prepare.
