Organic farmers in Ireland play a unique role in our environment. Their farming techniques and practises preserve and enrich our water supplies and the quality of the soil. You could say they are the true custodians of the land for generations to come.

Being an organic farmer presents its own unique challenges and opportunities. Organic dairy farmers who work with Glenisk have told us how they do research, preserve biodiversity and use cross-border bodies to set up wind turbines and other green initiatives.
