Glenisk is currently offering a Free HOP Keyring when you collect four tokens from promotional packs of Glenisk Organic Kids Yogurt, 4x90g.
This promotion is opened to all residents of the Republic of Ireland (“ROI”) and Northern Ireland (“NI”) excluding employees of Glenisk Limited (“Glenisk”), Universal Pictures International Limited (“Universal”), their agents or anyone professionally associated with this competition (the “Competition”). Entrants must be over the age of 18 and legally resident in RoI or NI.
By entering this promotion the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them. To claim a FREE HOP Keyring, participants must collect four tokens from promotional packs of Glenisk Organic Kids Yogurt, 4x90g. Tokens should be posted to Glenisk Organic Dairy, Killeigh, Co. Offaly, Ireland and entrants must provide a contact address. This address will NOT be shared with any third party.
On receipt of the tokens, Glenisk will post the claimant a free HOP Keyring.
Incomplete, amended, damaged, defaced, copied or tampered entries will not be accepted.
Please allow 28 days for receipt of your free HOP Keyring.
Glenisk Organic Kids Yogurt 4x90g is available in two varieties: Strawberry & Vanilla and Strawberry & Banana. Please note that availability of different flavours may vary from retailer to retailer.
Glenisk Organic Kids Yogurt is widely available in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland from leading supermarkets and independent retailers.
All entries are valid until 31 March 2012. Coupons may be redeemed up to 30 April 2012, available while stocks last.
There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable, and non-changeable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a voucher of similar or greater value should the circumstances make this necessary.
Bulk entries and entries sent via third parties will not be accepted. No more than five free keyrings will be issued for any one application. Glenisk do not accept responsibility for any entries not received. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit to the given address.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate this promotion if circumstances beyond its control made this necessary.

The Promoter (as defined below) reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries which they deem, at their sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the Competition.
By entering this Competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them.

One winner will be drawn at random from entries each week between 01 September 2011 and 31 March 2012. The closing date for entries is 31 March 2012. Any decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize consists of a Kids Raleigh Bicycle. Please note the prize does not include bicycle accessories such as stabilisers/ helmets etc. Parents are advised to make arrangments to ensure that children are equipped with appropriate safety apparel, and follow the safety instructions provided with the bicycle. The promoter cannot accept responsibility in this regard.

The winners’ names will be drawn at random. The winners will be notified via telephone within one week of the draw on the number provided. If contact is not made on the first attempt 3 more attempts will be made over the following consecutive week. If contact is not made by the third attempt winners will have an additional 7 days from the date of the final call or message left on the answer phone to contact the Promoter to claim their prize. After this point the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new winner for that draw. Once contact is made with the winner, instructions will be given on how they receive the prize and written notification will be provided.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any entries not received. Proof of transmission or posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
Glenisk and Universal exclude liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused to the winner arising out of the prize awarded as part of the draw.
Details of the winners’ names and counties will be available from 15 September 2011 by sending stamped self addressed envelope to Glenisk Organic Dairy, Co. Offaly, Ireland.

Winners may be requested to take part in publicity arising from the promotion. Entry to the Competition confirms the entrant’s willingness to participate in publicity of this nature. Details of the winner (name, county and photograph) may be posted on Glenisk website www.glenisk.com and Glenisk Facebook Page – www.facebook.com/gleniskorganic, on other promotional materials as well as any press releases which may be distributed to media.
The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions and the winners are responsible for ensuring that any such terms and conditions are complied with (and shall bear the cost of such compliance).
By entering the Competition, the entrant warrants that all information submitted by it is true, current and complete.
Glenisk reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
If there is any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Glenisk assumes that by entering the Competition or using their respective websites (and the entrant warrants that) either it has legal capacity to enter the Competition and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
If any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, the Promoter in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
