Terms & Conditions - Glenisk & Rozanne Stevens Express Cookery Lesson Competition

• This promotion is opened to all residents of the UK and ROI, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Any person under the age of 16 must not enter without parental consent.
• By entering this promotion, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them.

You may unsubscribe from this service at any time. Your details will NOT be shared with any third party organisation without your consent. 
• Winners will be drawn at random every month for 12 months. The closing date for each draw is the last day of the previous month. The closing date for the last draw will be on 15 May 2012. Any decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• 20 winners will be drawn each month. Each prize consists of ONE Express Cookery Lesson with Rozanne Stevens. These classes will ordinarily take place at the Rozanne Stevens Cookery School, Miele Showroom, Bianconi Avenue, City West, Dublin 24. The promoter reserves the right to change the venue of the courses should circumstances make this necessary. Lessons take place on selected THURSDAY afternoons at Miele. 
• Cookery Lessons are group lessons and will have a demonstration format, which means attendees will have the opportunity to learn at close hand. Hands-on participation is not part of the lesson.
• On notification of having won, winners will be given a choice of three dates to attend a Cookery Lesson at Rozanne Stevens’ Cookery School within four months of the date of the draw, subject to availability. If winners cannot participate on these dates, they risk forfeiting the prize. The redemption period may not be extended unless by prior agreement directly with Rozanne Stevens. Winners who confirm participation on a course but fail to attend the course will not be entitled to avail of an alternative date. The promoter and Rozanne Stevens reserves the right to change the date of the courses should this be necessary due to circumstances outside of her control. Every effort will be made to provide winners with as much notice as possible of any changes.
• Winners and guests must provide their own means of transport and accommodation if required. 
• There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable, and non-changeable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar or greater value should the circumstances make this necessary.
• The winners’ names will be drawn at random. The winners will be notified via email within one week of the draw on the address provided. If acceptance of the prize is not received within 7 days The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new winner for the prize. Once contact is made with the winner, instructions will be given on how they receive the prize. 
• Bulk entries and entries sent via third parties will not be accepted. Glenisk does not accept responsibility for any entries not received. 
• Details of the winners’ names and counties will be available between 15 June 2011 and 15 May 2012  by sending stamped SAE to Glenisk Organic Dairy, Co. Offaly, Ireland.
• The Promoter reserves the right to terminate this promotion if circumstances beyond its control made this necessary.
• Winners may be requested to take part in publicity arising from the promotion.
