Terms & Conditions - Glenisk & Cooks Academy Competition

1.      This promotion is opened to all residents of the UK and ROI, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Any person under the age of 16 must not enter without parental consent.
2.      By entering this promotion, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them.
3.      To enter this competition visit www.glenisk.com/win-with-glenisk/. Entering the competition requires registration and users will automatically be entered to receive Glenisk's FREE monthly moosletter by email and you may receive information from Cook’s Academy. You may unsubscribe from either of these services at any time. Outside of Glenisk and Cook’s Academy, your details will NOT be shared with any third party organisation without your consent.
4.      One winner will be drawn at random every month for 12 months. The closing date for each draw is the last day of the previous month. The closing date for the last draw will be on 28 February 2011. Any decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.      Each prize consists of a week long Cookery Course with Cook’s Academy. These courses run on specific dates during the year. On notification of having won, winners will be given a choice of three dates to participate in a Cookery Course at Cook’s Academy within six months of the date of the draw, subject to availability. If winners cannot participate on these dates, they risk forfeiting the prize. The redemption period may not be extended unless by prior agreement with Cook’s Academy. Winners who confirm participation on a course but fail to attend the course will not be entitled to avail of an alternative date. Cook’s Academy reserves the right to change the date of the courses should this be necessary due to circumstances outside of their control. Winners and guests must provide their own means of transport and accommodation if required.
6.      There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable, and non-changeable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar or greater value should the circumstances make this necessary.
7.      The winners’ names will be drawn at random. The winners will be notified via telephone within one week of the draw on the number provided. If contact is not made on the first attempt 3 more attempts will be make over the following consecutive week. If contact is not made by the third attempt winners will have an additional 7 days from the date of the final call or message left on the answer phone to contact The Promoter to claim their prize. After this point The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new winner for that draw. Once contact is made with the winner, instructions will be given on how they receive the prize.
8.      Bulk entries and entries sent via third parties will not be accepted. Glenisk do not accept responsibility for any entries not received.
9.  Details of the winners’ names and counties will be available between 31 March 2010 and 1 March 2011 by sending stamped SAE to Glenisk Organic Dairy, Co. Offaly, Ireland.
10.  The Promoter reserves the right to terminate this promotion if circumstances beyond its control made this necessary.
11.  Winners may be requested to take part in publicity arising from the promotion.
