VIP FAMILY DAY

1.      This promotion is opened to all residents of the UK and ROI, excluding employees of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. Any person under the age of 16 must not enter without parental consent.

2.      By entering this promotion the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them.

3.      To enter this competition visit http://www.glenisk.com/win-with-glenisk/ and follow the instructions to download and complete a pdf puzzle. Downloading the pdf puzzle requires registration and users will automatically be entered to receive Glenisk's FREE monthly moosletter. Entrants may also receive information from Dublin Zoo via email. You may unsubscribe from either of these services at any time. Your email address will NOT be shared with any third party organisation outside of Glenisk and Dublin Zoo without your consent. To enter the competition the puzzle must be correctly completed and all the requested personal details must be entered. All completed entries must be printed and posted to Glenisk Organic Dairy, Co. Offaly, Ireland. All entries must be received by 31st December 2010. Incomplete, amended, damaged, defaced, copied or tampered entries will not be accepted.

4.      One winner will be drawn at random from correct submissions every month for 12 months. The closing date for each draw is the last day of the previous month. The closing date for the last draw will be on 31st December 2009. Each draw will be independently supervised. Any decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.      Each prize consists of a VIP Family Day which includes free entry to Dublin Zoo for 2 adults plus 4 children (aged between 3 and 15 inclusive), lunch provided for up to 6 persons in Dublin Zoo Restaurant, meeting the zookeepers, seeing behind the scenes with an insight into how the animals are cared for and what they eat, one souvenir gift , 1 box of Glenisk organic yogurts. Winners and guests must provide their own means of transport and accommodation if required. The prizes will have to be taken by 31 July 2011.

6.      There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable, and non-changeable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar or greater value should the circumstances make this necessary.

7.      Entries are strictly limited to one per household. Each entrant non-winner will automatically be entered in the appropriate remaining draws following date of entry.

8.      The winners’ names will be drawn by an independent third party. The winners will be notified via telephone within one week of the draw on the number provided. If contact is not made on the first attempt 3 more attempts will be make over the following consecutive week. If contact is not made by the third attempt winners will have an additional 7 days from the date of the final call or message left on the answer phone to contact The Promoter to claim their prize. After this point The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new winner for that draw. Once contact is made with the winner, instructions will be given on how they receive the prize. A list of animals will be provided on arrangement of the experience. Entry to animal enclosures and feeding of animals is restricted by health and safety regulations.

9.      Bulk entries and entries sent via third parties will not be accepted. Glenisk do not accept responsibility for any entries not received. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

10.   Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transit to the given address.

11.  Details of the winners’ names and counties will be available between 30 September 2008 and 30 September 2009 by sending stamped SAE to Glenisk Organic Dairy, Co. Offaly, Ireland.

12.  The Promoter reserves the right to terminate this promotion if circumstances beyond its control made this necessary.

13.  Winners may be requested to take part in publicity arising from the promotion.

14.  The Promoter would like to keep entrants informed of the Promoter’s similar products and services by (email, post and/or telephone). If you do not wish to receive this kind of information please tick the box provided for this purpose on the Promoter’s main website page. Outside of this the Promoter will not disclose your details to any third parties.

2.      If you present this coupon at the entrance, you will be entitled to one free child entry to Dublin Zoo when accompanied by a person over 18. The coupons will be valid at the entrance until 31 December 2010.

3.      This offer applies to children aged 3 to 15 inclusive.

4.      By using the voucher you accept these terms and conditions and are bound by all regulations in force at Dublin Zoo.

5.      This voucher cannot be sold and no cash alternative will be offered. Exchange or sale of this voucher for profit is prohibited.

6.      The voucher must be used at the time of entry and is not valid when making advance credit card bookings. Amended, damaged, defaced or copied or tampered vouchers will not be accepted.

7.      The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for refusal of entry by the Dublin Zoo staff as a result of closure or to alter any part of the facilities, for operational, health and safety or any other reasons.

8.      The voucher does not include access to special events or to rides or any other attractions.
